The information on this Site is intended to describe our capabilities and service offerings. Actual services, scope, pricing, and availability are determined through direct consultation and formal agreements between ALTAR Services and each client.

3. Proposals and Contracts

Submitting a request through this Site — whether for a proposal, a snow contract, or general information — does not constitute a binding contract or a commitment by either party to enter into a service agreement. All of the following conditions apply:

• Website inquiries are requests for information only. No service obligation is created until a formal written proposal has been issued and a signed service agreement has been executed by both parties.
• All pricing, scope of work, schedules, and service terms are governed exclusively by the executed service agreement between ALTAR Services and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a price quote, guarantee of availability, or offer of service.
• ALTAR Services reserves the right to decline any proposal request or service inquiry at its sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photography, videos, page layouts, and software — is the exclusive property of ALTAR Services or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.
